Piadina is a traditional Italian flatbread typically from the region of Emilia-Romagna. It is recognised as the most famous street food of the region that can be used for sandwiches or wraps. It is usually served with cheese, ham, salad or tomatoes, but you can create the combination you prefer! Also, you can roll it or just close it like a "half-moon". Best served hot.
