Recantina Augusto Montello DOC 2015 (75cl) - Giusti Wine
An intense and bright ruby red with excellent transparency. It is intense with fruity notes of red plum and black currant and floral notes of violets and cyclamen. This is also the moss and mineral notes reminiscent of freshly tilled soil. In the mouth it is soft and velvety, with sweet tannins and a pleasantly acidic aftertaste.
Best paired with red meat and game. It is also excellent with duck breast, baked guinea fowl, and medium-aged cheeses.
Vermentino Gallura Superior Maia DOCG 2015 (75cl) - Siddura
A filled straw yellow colour. A mellow, tasty wine with notes of butter and aromas which are subtly spicy. DOCG* Certified.
Paired best with fish with potatoes and fresh tomatoes, soft or mature cheese, and a charcuterie board.

Serralto Malvasia Bianca IGP is a bright golden yellow wine. The wine has attractive floral and fruity notes, notes of white peaches and apples, nuances of musk and hints of herbs. The taste has a complexity of floral and fruity notes, characterized by a full body, refreshing acidity and light sweetness.

Pagadebit Piti' Trufi' DOC 2017 (75cl) - Fattoria Paradiso
A straw yellow colour with green hints. This wine is a good balance between freshness and alcohol, a long finish with memories of aromatic perception of sage. Scents like dried flowers and lemon blossom, tropical fruit, and apricot, and sage and nutmeg can be recognised.
Best paired with appetizers, vegetarian dishes, seafood, cheese, and eggs.
Trideo Pignoletto DOC 2016 (75cl) - Merlotta
Trideo Pignoletto DOC has an intense and bright straw yellow colour. It has a good structure and an appropriate smoothness. The well-balanced acidity and sharp sapidity of this wine make it very pleasant on the palate. Impressively wide-ranging bouquet aromas dominated by fruity and floral notes with a clear-cut and distinctive personality.
This wine goes well with pasta, shellfish, lean fish, mature and hard cheese, and cured meat.

An intense ruby red wine with orange reflexes. On the nose evident roses, raspberries vanilla and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, round and full-bodied with young arrogant tannins, fruit syrup and cinnamon. Balanced and long in the mouth.

Barbera d'Alba DOC "Gold Label" 2019 (75cl) - Az. Agr. Giribaldi
Classic Barbera d\'Alba from Piedmont with mature fruit and fresh acidity and a ruby red colour. On the nose evident violet sensations and cherries. In the mouth dry warm spicy notes with light vanilla and red fruit pulp. It pairs well with first courses, cheeses and truffle-based dishes.
Merlot Collio DOC 2017 (75cl) - Borgo Conventi
Merlot Collio DOC is ruby red in colour with violet tinges. The nose displays vibrant and concentrated aromas of violet, wild berry, cherry and plum, followed by light elegant hints of vanilla, coffee and bitter chocolate. In the mouth, soft velvety tannins integrate with the elegant and well-structured body. Excellent lingering aftertaste.
