Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes with southern exposure, Barolo is famous for a reason. The Trentangeli Castel del Monte Rosso DOC from Tormaresca shines in the glass in an intense ruby red with a violet hue. On the nose, the bouquet is fruity and complex, with aromas of cherries, blackberries and mulberries, complemented by spicy notes of pepper and liquorice.
This red wine is rich with a great structure and a persistent taste. The ageing in barrique barrels gives this cuvée its enormous length and elegance, velvety tannins round off the taste experience. The finish is pleasant and persistent.
This Lugana has pale greenish shades and it is well-structured. The nose shows floral and fruity hints, medium bodied whose smoothness is shows clean sensations of juniper berries and then Golden Delicious apple and finishes beautifully with pear William.

A perfect blend of Teruzzi’s vines, with grapes from both the Racciano and Ponte Rondolino locations. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel barrels. Balanced, with elegant tones, this wine has fruited and mineral notes typical of this variety. The taste is pleasant and complex, with an excellent balance between acidity, structure and intensity, and in which floral and citrus notes alternate. An almond aftertaste gives this wine a slightly bitter finish.
Silenzi Rosso is a red wine by Pala. It is macerated at controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. After the maceration, light clarifications are carried out, follows the refinement in stainless steel vats and in the bottle. The wine has a lively ruby red color with violet reflections. The aroma is intense with notes of red fruits and the taste is dry and soft with a good duration.
It can be better appreciated if consumed together with main courses and lean red meat, medium seasoned and fresh cheeses. Serve at 16/18° C.

Matelica Verdicchio wine is obtained entirely from Verdicchio grapes . The grapes are harvested by hand and transported immediately to the cellar where they are pressed to separate the juice from the skins. The must is lowered in temperature and then sent to ferment controlling the temperature that never exceeds 20 ° C. All winery operations are aimed at enhancing the best features of the vine respecting the grapes. Verdicchio of Matelica is a vine that requires carefulness in the processing phases because of the sensitivity of the skin of its grape.
