Castelmagno d'Alpeggio Cheese PDO (100g) - Beppino Occelli
A dry, grainy and crumbly Alpine cheese made with cow's milk, matured for several months at an altitude of over 1000m, with a minimum seasoning period of about 60 days. Its flavour is bitter sweet, aromatic and pleasantly spicy.
We strongly suggest you to use it as an ingredient for risotto, or paired with honey or jam. DOP (PDO) certified.*
