

Peaches ripen from mid-May to the end of September. They are rich in potassium and very refreshing. They mainly originate from Emilia Romagna. Flavour: sweet and velvety, very fragrant. Pairings and tips: It pairs very well with mascarpone, or spread on toast. It is ideal for breakfast and as a snack.
Ingredients: peaches 65%, concentrated apple juice, gel-forming: pecting. It may contain fragments of hazelnuts.
