An Original traditional Ligurian recipe. Just Add cream and use cold on gnocchi, ravioli, agnolotti, pasta and risotto.
Recipe of the Genovese tradition, with which they are seasoned the classic pansotti, similar to ravioli di magro, made with a filling of wild herbs and ricotta. This walnut sauce from La Gallinara is ready to use: for the classic cream it is enough to add some cream and mix everything.
