Thanks to its versatility, this sauce can be served with every kind of fresh-filled pasta. It is particularly good when used to season ravioli, agnolotti, the typical Ligurian 'pansotti', but also pasta, gnocchi and risotto. You may just need to add just some cream or some of the boiling water of your pasta.
