A straw yellow wine with slight greenish reflections. Pear and peach scents with citrus notes, it is fragrant and fresh with an almond-like finish. Dry, elegant and with a solid structure.
The name "Torre di Giano" recalls the Roman origins of Torgiano, testified by the tower dedicated to Janus (Giano) the double-headed god. Produced exclusively with free-run juice, after brief cryomaceration, it is vinified in stainless steel at low temperature. Kept on the fine lees until bottling and at low temperature during the entire process.
