Falanghina del Sannio Taburno "Diana" comes from southwest facing hillside vineyards in Taburno, and tufa clay soils at 300 metres above sea level. The destemmed grapes were fermented in stainless, where it rested for a short time before bottling. Lively and fragrant, with wild pear, quince, lemon verbena, almond, on a creamy palate, finishing with ample stony spice and an ample saline limestone buzz.
