For the Broglia, company this is the most representative and classical of our production and for this reason it carries on its label the name of the Estate: La Meirana. Production of La Meirana takes place in large stainless steel tanks which are temperature controlled. Fermentation occurs between 12° and 16°C with the aim of maintaining a fresh fragrance and fruitiness.
